The service and price

Techloop provides the website package described here. Contact us at hello@techloop.ca. We handle scope, previews, revisions and handover by email; no sales call is required.

The package costs $150 CAD total for the website build. No GST/HST is currently added. This is a one-time build price, not a subscription. Domain registration, hosting and paid third-party services are separate. We explain any needed third-party costs before the project starts. Extra work or costs require your agreement before they are incurred.

What is included

• A custom one-page website with up to six agreed sections.

• Your supplied and approved text, brand information and images.
• Contact links or a simple enquiry form.
• Basic search and social-sharing metadata.
• One consolidated round of changes within the agreed scope.
• Launch-ready project files and setup guidance.

Extra pages, online stores, customer accounts, complex integrations, ongoing maintenance and hosting are outside this package. Phone apps are a separate service and are not purchased under these website terms.

Scope, content and your 48-hour build

Sending an enquiry does not commit you to a purchase. Sending a brief or completing checkout does not itself confirm a start time. We review the project by email, confirm that it fits the package, identify anything missing and confirm the start time once the scope, text, images and required access are ready.

Your first complete build is due within 48 hours of that confirmed start. This is the first build for your review; revision and launch timing are agreed separately. If required content or decisions are missing, we explain what is needed and agree the start or revised schedule by email. We will not silently expand the scope or charge for extra work.

Provide content and assets you have permission to use. Please check the accuracy of business details, prices, claims, qualifications and contact information. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information in a project brief. Where account access is needed, we agree an appropriate access method separately.

Review and handover

We email a preview for you to review. Your included revision round is one collected list of changes within the agreed scope. New sections beyond the package, new functionality or a different project direction require a separate written agreement. Revision timing is agreed by email.

After payment and completion, you receive your custom project files and agreed setup guidance. Third-party fonts, libraries, stock assets and services remain subject to their own licences and provider terms. You choose your hosting provider. Domain and hosting ownership remain with you when held in your own provider account.

Payment and your information

Payment is processed through Stripe’s hosted checkout. Techloop does not ask you to enter payment-card details in its project form. We match your brief reference to verified payment information before treating the order as paid. A submitted brief or return page is not a payment receipt.

When you choose the payment route, you accept the version of these terms shown with the form. The submitted brief records that version and your acceptance time. An enquiry without payment does not accept purchase terms or create a purchase commitment.
